1. Return & Exchange Period
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
2. Conditions for Return or Exchange
The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
The item must be returned in its original condition, including all original tags and packaging.
A valid order number or purchase invoice must be provided.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
Underwear and intimate apparel.
Accessories.
Sale items, unless a manufacturing defect is found.
Any item that shows signs of use or washing.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to size and color availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, you may:
Exchange for another item of equal value, or
Receive a store credit for future use.
Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is caused by la ropa.
5. Return & Refund Policy
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by la ropa.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that:
Has a manufacturing defect, or
Is different from what was ordered (size, color, or item),
Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will:
Replace the item at no additional cost, or
Issue a full refund, including shipping fees.
